  • Author

As a stressed-out New York Corporate Executive in search of relief, I spent over five years attempting to create a daily meditation practice. For over five years, I failed. That was until I found the magic of Kundalini. In one three-minute Kundalini meditation, I discovered the magic of meditation.

Those three minutes changed my life. So much so that I wrote a book about it.

  • Interior Designer

With an undergraduate degree in Interior Design, I am passionate about all thing design. Some of my greatest joys come from finding beauty in the everyday. Be it a beautifully designed menu, a piece of art, or the emotion invoked when you step into a space curated with love and intention.

I believe that beauty is all around us, and living a balanced and joyful life can begin simply as the intention in which we do everyday tasks.

  • Teacher

Diagnosed with my first autoimmune disease at 23, it was a path down alternative healing modalities that cured my symptoms and changed my life forever.

Three autoimmune disease diagnoses later, I now live a balanced and thriving life and am passionate about teaching others to do the same.

  • Plant-Based Advocate

Hospitalized with debilitating stomach issues at the age of 23, the moment I cut meat out of my diet, my life improved 70% overnight. Always the kid who ate lettuce and tomato on a hamburger bun, I learned then what my body had always known; meat does not process in my body.

Three autoimmune diagnoses later, my food exploration has continued over the years. I now thrive with a vegan and gluten-free diet and am an advocate for a sustainable, ethical, regenerative, slow-food, plant-based lifestyle.

Food is medicine, and our bodies deserve the best medicine we can give it.

how it started

“I have always known I wanted to write, teach, & help others.”

From a young age, three things brought me joy; design, writing, and teaching.  The oldest on both sides of the family, the mentorship dynamic is a role I have had the honor of stepping into since birth.  My health issues sparked an inquiry towards healing myself, leading to a life-long passion for health and wellness.
